Join the FRC and special guests to learn more about the end of your pregnancy, labour & delivery, and bringing your baby home.

Each class we are joined by professionals in different areas to share knowledge and answer questions.

The class consists of 6 - 1.5 hour sessions spread out over 6 weeks.

We plan to offer this class in person, however if circumstances change we may have to move to a virtual format.
