Every package includes 5 ways to enjoy 1 book.
Work at your own pace, and pick up your next book whenever you are ready. We have a variety of books available, and are always changing! We add new books every second monday. Books are at a first come first serve basis.
This program is free of charge and open to everyone with a child ages 0-5.
FRC Parent’s Care Pack
A parent pack to help you make time for yourself!
We know that you cannot be the best parent you can be if you are not taking care of yourself. The FRC has partnered with Positively Parenting to create a take home program that will provide an opportunity to take a deeper look at self care and provide some parenting pointers to help you in your parenting journey!
This will be a 6 pack set, with packages always available, work through them at your own pace. *Please note, we are still creating this program so we may not have all packages ready at this time.
In addition to our 6 packs we have a specialized Dad Pack and Prenatal Pack.

Oral Health Pack - Some tips & tricks to help your little's want to keep their teeth shiny & clean!
Healthy Eaters Pack - Some tips & tricks to help your little's want to eat those fruits and veggies!
New Sibling Pack - Some tips & tricks on how to welcome a new baby into the family!
All packs include a book, an activity as well as resources!
